TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE TICKET PAYMENT (TICKET BUYER)

1. General information Legal name: Hotel Lidenlund, CVR: 15787236
2. The parties The terms and conditions apply to persons who use Hotel Lidenlund for registration and payment. These persons are referred to as the Buyer. Persons who manage the Hotel Lidenlund ticketing system with associated online payment module are referred to as the Organizer. The Organizer is responsible for fulfilling separate conditions.
3. Scope of the agreement Hotel Lidenlund assumes no liability to the Buyer for the Organizer's possible suspension of payments. The Organizer is solely responsible for the correctness and legality of the information provided by Hotel Lidenlund and passed on to the Buyer. The Organizer must ensure that the material used, including text and images, does not infringe the rights of third parties. Upon purchase, a receipt is created in our system, where data such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address are stored. This is used to verify the Buyer when they arrive. Hotel Lidenlund does not pass on this information. Hotel Lidenlund reserves the right to send automatic system emails relevant to the purchase, such as receipts and tickets, to the Buyer's email address. If the Buyer chooses to receive newsletters from Hotel Lidenlund, these will also be sent to the Buyer's e-mail address.
4. Payment Payment can be made using the payment methods provided by Hotel Lidenlund. All communication in connection with ticket purchases is encrypted, which means that your card details are protected. .
5. Prices All prices include VAT.
6. Ticket, receipt and delivery The purchase is registered in Hotel Lidenlund's system, which can confirm attendance in the system or require documentation in the form of a receipt/ticket upon entry. A ticket is sent by email immediately after purchase and can be printed and used as proof of payment. It is not permitted to transfer acquired tickets for commercial or other business purposes. All tickets are registered in the Buyer's name and linked to the payment card used. Therefore, only the Buyer can gain access unless it is an Event where more than 1 admission ticket may be purchased. The purchase is still registered under the Buyer's name and the Buyer should be present when using the tickets.
7. Cancellation and refunds Registration in connection with ticket purchases is considered binding, unless otherwise stipulated in accordance with applicable law. Refunds of tickets are handled by the Organizer and are normally only made in case of cancellation, unless otherwise specified in the event description. The Organizer reserves the right to change the dates of an Event, which makes the ticket still valid and therefore non-refundable. Any booking fees are normally non-refundable. Refunds are made to the same credit card, cash payment or bank transfer according to the Organizer's guidelines. Any inquiries regarding refunds, cancellations or ticket purchases should be directed to the Organizer.
8. Privacy Policy Hotel Lidenlund does NOT disclose personal information such as name, address, gender, date of birth, phone number and e-mail address. Personal information is collected for registration and payment status purposes. Hotel Lidenlund does not share this information with third parties. Hotel Lidenlund ApS has entered into a GDPR - Data Processing Agreement with our web developer Norsite Aps. You enter into a Privacy Policy with Hotel Lidenlund and the Data Controller.
9. Reservation for errors and omissions
   Hotel Lidenlund reserves the right to correct errors and omissions in prices and descriptions and to announce sold-out Events. Hotel Lidenlund sets the recommended retail price for the tickets, either including or excluding the booking fee.
